DR. KHANNAH JOSUÉ
Dr. Khannah Josué is a serial entrepreneur, mortgage broker, certified brain coach, and transformation strategist, as well as a founding partner of the John C. Maxwell Leadership Team. She holds a Doctorate in Pastoral Psychology from HCU, bringing a unique blend of faith-based insight and neuroscience-backed strategies to her work.
With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, she is the proud owner of Sunrise Mortgage Services LLC, where she is committed not only to helping clients secure financing, but to equipping them mentally and emotionally as they prepare for one of life’s most significant investments homeownership. Blending neuroscience with timeless life principles, Dr. Josué empowers individuals to tap into their greatest asset their mind so they can transform their thinking, regulate emotions, overcome fear, and make empowered decisions. Her unique approach bridges mindset and strategy, helping clients move beyond limitations and step confidently into ownership, leadership, and wealth-building opportunities.
Dr. Josué is also the Founder and Chancellor of Prayer Fast Yeshiva International (PFYI.org) “A University of Higher Learning.” PFYI is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization devoted to equipping and empowering individuals who seek to deepen their spiritual relationship through the power of intercession.
Dr. Josué also serves as Director of New Membership for the National Speakers Association (NSA) North Texas Chapter and as a Speaker Circles facilitator, a dynamic program inspired by “Shark Tank” that provides entrepreneurs with a supportive space to refine and elevate their business, product, and service pitches. She is an active member of Dallas Professional Women (DPW) and the owner of Riverwalk Weddings of Dallas, a multi-award-winning officiant service. Guided by her personal mantra, “Life is a gift given; we have to learn to make a living out of it,”

Maxwell Leadership Team, Dr. Josué has spent over 25 years as an international speaker, educator, author, and podcast host of School of Thought Lunch & Learn with Dr. Khannah Josué. She has inspired audiences worldwide with her unique ability to merge neuroscience-based techniques with timeless life principles, helping people rewire their thinking, overcome barriers, and cultivate resilience.
Her signature “Tools of Wisdom” program equips individuals and organizations with practical strategies to strengthen relationships, build resilience, and create lasting transformation. Transparent, wise, and deeply practical, she is often described not only as a coach but as a “teacher of life” and just as importantly, a devoted student of life.
Leadership & Service
Dr. Josué is deeply committed to leadership development and community impact. She currently serves on the Board of Directors as the Director of New Membership for the National Speakers Association (NSA) – Texas Chapter, where she also facilitates Speaker Circles and previously served as a Board Member and Assistant Dean at the Charbonneau Academy (NSA).
She is an E-Speakers Certified Virtual Presenter, an active member of Dallas Professional Women (DPW), and an Approved Relationship Education Coach & Counselor with TWOGETHER IN TEXAS, where her five-star service and transformational approach continue to set her apart.
Dr. Josué is also a proud member of the International Police Academy (UNIPOL), contributing to the Community Policing Program in the United States, reinforcing her dedication to service, leadership, and community transformation.
